Are you licensed and insured?
We hold an Alberta Prepaid Contracting Licence, are insured and maintain WCB coverage, giving homeowners added confidence. We’re happy to provide proof before work begins.
How far in advance should I book?
Smaller projects can often start sooner, and larger projects might require booking far in advance, but reach out regardless. We’ll always give you an honest timeline.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial materials. The full payment schedule is laid out in your contract so there are never surprises.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, our workmanship is backed by a 2-year warranty, while manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures we supply.
